Application
Please feel free to download an application form. You can fill it out at the viewing or you might want to bring it with you all filled in, as these suites get rented very quickly and the first qualified applicant gets the keys. Applications are processed in the order they are received, and the Landlord reserves the right to make a final decision based on all available criteria. A security deposit in the amount of a half month rent deposit is part of a complete application and is %100 refundable if not accepted. If applicant is accepted, this deposit will form the damage deposit for the duration of the tenancy.
